Maintaining the park and baby trees along the Lake Elizabeth edges :

We have been watering 18 baby trees along the edges of Lake Elizabeth every alternate week from June 2010, and will be continuing until the rains start again. We also pick-up trash around these areas. In spring, our families and friends came together and spread wood chips around these trees to protect the roots. Maintaining an area of the park has been lots of fun and is an excellent way to show that we care for our environment!
