Tree Planting Event

The Tree Planting event was organized by Common Vision at M.A Center at Castro Valley, CA. We planted the trees on an empty mountain. The area was bare with mostly grass on the mountain! Since it was so empty, we planted about 200 trees and it took us only 45 minutes! All the trees were all apple trees, but they were not the same kind .There were about 141 kids who participated with their families in this fun family event. It was such an awesome experience! This project would reduce global warming in a few years. At the same time, we would have a mountain filled with big apple trees with yummy delicious apples! These fruits would be fresh and healthy to eat.
It would be very nice if every neighborhood have lots of fruit trees. So, make some healthy changes in your neighborhood too, by planting some trees!
